problem with updating to ics

I tried to update my xperi u with the update service and everything went fine and all and at the end it told me to unplugged my phone and to turn it back on, but when i did it didn´t update to ics everything was the same.
I´m from mexico

go to settings > about phone > scroll down

which android version and build number do you have?

if you are still on GB most likely Telcel hasn't released the update, in Mexico even SIM free phones sold (in Mexico) have to wait for Telcel to approve and release the update

most likely Telcel is not releasing the update.
