HI, If i updated my Xperia Neo V from android 2.3.4 GB to android 4.0.4 ICS manually or any other custom ROM (without rooting my phone)...

So, It can hurn my phone?

doing a manual update shouldn't hurt/damage your phone, if something goes wrong start the whole process all over. if you install a custom ROM you have to unlock your bootloader (this might void your warranty and will delete your DRM keys forever) might be an issue if it's not a good ROM.

so you mean that my android 4.0.4 ICS [4.1.B.0.587 (i )] it's not a custom ROM?
