xperia p update problem. HELP!

I updated my phone to ics and i'm trying to update it againbur when i did the pc companion crashed and my phone disconnected. now it won't turn on and it just keeps flashing the "sony" logo and when i connected it to the pc it says "sony/sony erricson phone" without an update button...

Try a force shut down of the phone(vol up+pow button).if it does not work,download sony update service and repair the software.
