Why my phone doesn't update?

When I go to sony mobile site and check for update it says Latest available software: 6.1.1.B.1.10. My phone is running on 6.0.B.3.184 and it doesn't update from the webside, the Sony PC Companion neither the Sony Update Service! How come there is an update and no matter wich way I try to update it says "Your phone is already up to date"?

the update hasn't been approved in your country and/or by your carrier

Is there a way to update it without breaking the rules for warenty? I mean using the SUS or PC Companion? For example I re-install the softare selecting diferent country or something?

it doesn't matter if you select a different country it's not based on the PC but your phone's SI number. you have to wait for that to be approved in your country and/or your carrier
