I have a Sony Ericsson Neo V...for a week or so , has installed itself on my mobile this application

could someone tell me what it is?

Also if i delete , after closing and opening the mobile, it's into the applications....

it's an adon for Google+ you can disable it

go to

settings > apps > all > look for it > disable, you can also disable apps and/or ad ons that you dont use (like timescape or fb integration apps)

I can not do it in this application .....

I can only remove ..... but reappears after opening the mobile ...

open the Play Store > menu > my apps > google + check if its allowed to automatically update
