Arc S keeps restarting while charging in turned off mode

After rooting my phone I notice that my Xperia Arc S can't take charge when I turn off the phone and plug the charger in. It just starts restating and continue untill I plug the charger out. How can I fix it?

repair it with SUS or Flashtool

got the solution.......the problem encountered with CWM auto-installer.........
