Phone needs repair?

The phone can barely charge, might be hardware related as the usb port is very loose and is a pain to charge/connect to pc. The touch screen becomes very unresponsive often and stays that way and the phone seems to freeze and reboot by itself everyday and is quite annoying.

Also is this true?

one question.have u tried another cable to see if it is cable problem?if u did and nothing changed then definitely it is hardware.another way is try and update the phone to see if it is software related.try both pc companion and sony update service.first back up your data.

Yeah I have, I also read that the teeth on the USB cable cause damage to the ports too, guess I'll have to send in the phone for repairs, it'll be hard for me to back up because it'll keep disconnecting every couple of seconds and I don't know what software to use. 😕 I guess the other two problems can't be fixed without repair either.

if that is true, it would be awesome, I am just hoping that users won't complain they can't play games anymore

Thanks for your answers guys, I guess I'll hand it into a Vodafone Store since it's less than a year old. Hopefully we do get ICS too.
