I can't play any videos

I can't play ant videos in my zylo.Can I do anything to get my videos in the phone to play?

http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/mobilephones/downloads/zylo?cc=gb&lc=en If these are videos downloaded to the phone, then use Media Go to re-transfer them from PC to phone and failing that, format the card, if they are on the memory card.

If they are videos you shot with the phone, then run the SE update service on the phone to update/re-install the software and failing that, format the card, if they are on the memory card.

Do you mean like if they are in the memory card or in phone memory or do you mean something else?

This type of file should be playable on your phone, although there might be a problem with the particular codec.Can you still play these videos using Media Go on your PC? Also, have you tried transferring one of these videos to the phone memory and see if it plays there?

I've played them in media go many times but even in phone memory the videos dont play

http://www.formatoz.com/ Well, since you've tried using Media Go and running the SE update service on your phone, and you still cannot play these videos on the phone, try using this free file format converter to convert them into different formats on the PC (see what's available in Format Factory) and see if that enables them to be played on the phone.

Can you confirm that the following is the method you are using to transfer videos to your phone: Open Media Go, syncronise your phone via USB, right-click on the video in Media Go and select Add to--Memory card?

Actually no.i usually transfer the songs and videos by opeaning the folders and copy-pasting the songs and videos but i'll give it a try.
