Hi all,

ICS upgrade is running smooth on Xperia P except for one issue.

Im facing this weird problem,

After I end or disconnect the call, the network goes for a brief period, say 30 secs till it comes back. Its really irritating if you have to make quick calls..

Anybody else facing the problem?

Please share your experiences.

Sony please get the new firmware running in.soon...

@ abhishek this isnt a problem which can be fixed by reparing ur phone !! i suppose this problem didnt persist with the stock build but in the later ones even i have faced this peclier problem !! the simplest solution to this is going into the mobile network options and switch the phone to gsm mode only if u dnt use 3g !! also my friend owning an s advance also had the same problem !1 it seems to be some sort of problem caused by the novathor chipset design rather than the firmware !! but nt many people out here r facing this problem !! i assume than the phone being on the wcdma/gsm mode again searches for a 3g connection if one is available !! also some say that changing to gsm only mode if not using 3g helps to save a bit of battery !! plz mark my reply as correct if u find it useful
