Xperia Ray Fatal Problem! Help!

Ok.............

So, my phone was fine. I plugged it into my comp and the Sony PC Companion says "A new software update"...4.2.B something...I'm guessing that was ICS. And I downloaded it, having heard how awesome it is. Followed all the instructions on the screen. When it gets to "Stage 3" it tells me not to unplug my phone and wait. There's this dotted line showing the pc and the phone. Then, suddenly...that's the end of my phone. Everything went blank. My pc crashed, restarted. I tried to restart my phone. Instead of "Sony Ericsson", it now says "Sony" and then a pic of a phone with an exclamation mark in a triangle appears. I never rooted my phone before. So, yes, my phone is dead. I can't go to a Sony Ericsson Service Center because there isn't one in my country. Now, what do I do???

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
