Xperia S freeze

While surfing the internet on my sony xperia S, the phone suddenly got frozen. I tried rebooting the phone but none of the keys are working, and I also tried connecting my phone on my laptop, it is not being able to detect any hardware. Kindly please update me what can be done to fix this issue.

Press and hold Power Button and Volume Up button at the same time

5 Seconds > Restart Phone

10 Seconds > Shutdown Phone

is your mobile up to date? and have you tried clearing your cache? and history? also try to revert (restore to default) the browser setting under the setting tab.

how do i clear the cache ? and history ? And yeah i recently updated the new software ....

click on your browser, from there press the menu key (3rd button) click settings> click clear browser/history> restore your browser settings to default and it should work.

and i agree with nabeel restart your phone once you tried this step!
