ICS com.phone.android error

Well, as you know, with the ICS the sync is great, so, I sync my google plus contacts with the ones I already have, the great thing about it is that, the id picture when I call or recive from this contacts is full screen with HD resolution, this happens automatically, but, is very common to have an error "com.phone.android", the phone call dont crash, but is quite annoying that the screen goes black and loose all the calling options, it comes back after a while, but I think this should not happen. What do you think about it? This happens only with the contacts with google plus sync

Sounds like something with the software is not fully working. I suggest you do a factory data reset and see if this solves the problem.

Settings > Backup & reset > Factory Data Reset.

Thanks, did what you said, but know the problem remains with com.phone.android and only happens with google plus contacts, do you what can it be??

Sorry to hear it's still there.

If you inactivate/turn off the sync with Google plus for contacts, will the problem go away? It's not a solution to your problem but it would be interesting to know if it immediately stops crashing if you do this.

yeap, did that and the problem goes away, but, just yesterday the google plus update arrives and solve it, I dont know why, but now is smooth as butter again and no crash phone anymore
