You can check this by doing:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Main Menu &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Wireless &amp;amp; Networks &amp;gt; Mobile Networks &amp;gt; Access Point Names &amp;gt; You may need to check with your current network provider to confirm that you have an Internet and not a WAP one.       <title>Please help: Unable to connect to internet and DL apps using mobile data</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having problems with using Google Search, Default web browser, setting exhange email, and downloading from Google Play, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is what happened:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two days ago I re-programmed my arc via PC Companion. (Due to weird display of Missed Calls even if there are no missed calls at all).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, I used Settings &amp;gt; Privacy Settings &amp;gt; Factory Data reset - to format my SD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since i was not confident with what I did, I brought my unit to a service center, and same thing was done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to download an application and update some of the default apps from Android Market (which eventually updated to Google Play)&amp;nbsp; via WIFI connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I use mobile data instead:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Able to browse Facebook and messenger, &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Able to browse Youtube.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Able to browse from Google Play&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Unable to setup WhatsApp&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Unable to setup exchange email&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Unable to download apps from Google Play (Error downloading)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Unable to browse from the default web broswer. (I have no other browser)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I countered check my APN settings with my carriers guidelines for manual APN settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything is correct so far. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am from Philippines and my carrier is SMART Communications.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe I should have my carrier check this one, specially the WAP vs Internet thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I have re-programmed my unit via PC Companion again last night, (its becoming a habit. LOL). &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The thing is, Android Market wont upgrade to Google Play anymore. I tried downloading an app via WIFI and clearing the cache of Market. Guess i should break the habit.. T_T&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I am unable to download anything from google play,its just showing downloading but will not download. I am using Opera Mini through that browser I am able to download file that too of the size of 15-20 Mb. Facebook, Twitter,messenger,gmail,yahoo evrything is running well except google play. I did factor setting, did software repair, uninstalled updates, deleted data and cache, nothing running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
