Mounting usb stick on Arc S ICS

Hi all,

I am looking for an easy way to mount any USB mass storage (USB stick but also a SD card and compact flash reader).

Works perfectly to control the phone with a USB mouse but no way to copy files from a stick.

Any help ?

PS : I am not familiar with "rooting", "busybox", etc...

Hey , unfortunately you can't mount USB mass storage as it is not supported,

You will need to root your mobile in order to do that and install Busybox, thats the only way to get it

Many thanks Nabeel. Since you are so fast, can I ask 2 more questions ?

1 - Rooting + installing Busybox, will it make the phone slower and/or unstable?

2- When connected, the USB stick is detected by the App "USB Device Info" : vendor name, etc...

--> despite this, no chance to mount the stick?

1) nopes,,, ( but using mass storage may make it slower and even damage your mobile's usb port due to excess heat due to voltage )
