Live with Walkman screen turns on suddenly

My Live with Walkman screen turns on suddenly when screen is off - no incoming calls/SMS/notifications - nothing, it just turns on suddenly. Sometimes it happens once a day, sometimes - every 15-20 seconds, sometimes when charging. When this happens, the screen stays on for 2-4 seconds, then it turns off. I even tried to go to my provider so that they can fix it, they did something, and there were no sudden screen turn-ons for a couple of days, but then it returned. I even tried changing the time that the screen turns off when idle, but that made no change (also upgraded firmware - no change). Now I'm waiting for ICS for Live with Walkman, maybe it will fix the problem, but if anyone knows something about this issue, please answer.

In short it could be due to thurd party app

If it doesn't helps then perform a software repair

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

Thanks! I've read all the threads and they helped me. I just returned the phone to factory settings and then installed only very needed apps, so far there were no problem, hope it won't appear again. Anyway, the ICS for Live with Walkman should be ready within this month (as thaey say), and that probably will fix all of the minor and under-the-hood bugs.
