Front Camera after update to 4.0.3 not active

After I updated brand new Xperia Ray to Android 4.0.3 using PC Companion, the front facing camera is no longer active - I cannot find a way to switch from back camera to front.Before the update the switch from back to front camera worked OK..

When I checked Skype the camera was working there but still not working in main Camera application.

Also I cannot find the Sound Recorder but the Settings => Appl shows this aplication as existing on the phone.

You can find the front camera by pressing the mode button. Open the camera application and press the button in the top left corner (holding the phone in landscape mode). Select front camera.

As I understand the sound recorder app that you see is not an actual application that you can use but it's used by other services like voice control and such.
