Unable to update NEO V

I am trying for the last two days to update my Neo V but...I have download SUS tool and according to instructions I am connecting USB cable while pressing back key, it does not do any thing. Memory card is detected by PC. I keep on pressing the key for about one minute but SUS doesnt detect my mobile. Kindly help.

I have removed antivirus also.

You need to switch off your mobile and then connect it while holding back key

Yes I switched off for 30 seconds, then switched on , gave pass code, pressed back key and connected USB cable. still no response. thanks for your reply

You don't have to switch it on

Keep it switched off.... and then connect while holding back key...

don't switch on your mobile

After upgrading, I am trying to install flash 11, but it is giving error insufficient storage available. But infact storage is there

i suggest you to format your sd card and again reinstall your phone's software again.....

it will ensure clear installation

Backup contacts and everything important as it will erase all data on phone

I try to update via PC companion, and got stuck on pressing the back key. Phone is turned off, antivirus is of and even tried USB debugging on. Nothing happens after I reconnect. The first screen of PC companion says no phone connected
