Xperia does not start anymore after a while

It seems that the Xperia goes into some "deep sleep" after a while of non-usage. Typically an hour or so. The only way to start the thing up is to remove the battery??? We have installed latest updates, switched SIM cards, but no result. The phone is completely useless. It is a shame.

Backup everything on phone memory as the process would erase all

Update/Repair your phone via PCC OR SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
