Hi,

I can't take the backup of my contact in memory card.

I know how to take the backup. When i done the backup it says"unknown error".

Please help me.

You need to format your sd card

Backup important stuff from memory card to pc and format your sd card ( settings > storage > erase sd card )

Update/Repair your phone via PCC OR SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

ok, but if i repair the software, then can it remove all the data in phone?

Yess it will remove all data in phone memory

My advice is to format your sd card again and then reinstall phone's software.... you mobile may become fast and your experience may change a lot

but, if i update the software i will loss all my contact and messages which are story in phone.

and i have no backup for this.

Backup to sim card

Do you have another memory card ? it would help to test as well

Even sync your contacts to gmail.... settings > account and sync > turn on > add account > gmail > mark all

in my sim card i only store 250 contacts, and i have tried in another memory card, but same problem.

Directly send contacts to your pc laptop. email etc

go to contacts > menu button > send contacts >

1)send via bluetooth to other device

2)send to gmail

send to anything

Did you use that app to backup ?

if yes then download it again and use it to restore

Send the csv file to your gmail.... open that email and then select import contacts
