I've downloaded many of the applications from the market but they say package file is invalid.

Here are some names Sky Gamblers: Rise of Glory, SummitX Snowboarding.

Plz Help...!!

I usually get that once I try to sideload apps (non-market apps)

yes it will but you can't install any apps so you could try this first

settings -> applications -> manage applications -> all -> market/play store -> uninstall updates and clear everything
