Xperia Arc S - ICS - UI query

I want to know something about ICS UI, i installed custom rom before official one .. that was totaly different UI like as everywhere people posted ICS look and feel that was just same like that .. but when i install official ICS firmware it is not looks like that .. it is just like before .. can anyone tell me how can i make my official firmware interface like real ICS User Interface?

like in actuall I saw widgets when i slide more on applicatons lists menu ..

the UI of the official ICS for Arc S pretty looks like its predecessor GB 2.3.4

yes have bit changes with some new features .. but they removed screen captured from preinstalled apps .. and not looks too good !!
