Face Unlock is not working!!!!!!

Hi,

I am using xperia neo v. Also, i had updated my software to Android 4.0. In the security settings, there is one option is there. That is, face lock. when i clicking this it show the error that is, "unfortunately, Settings has stopped". Please let me know for the further proceedings

Hi,,,,

first of all update your flash player from gogle play

Restart your mobile, try to switch it on wothout sim card and then with sim

Let your android market become google play as well

See how it goes

I hink you will have to reinstall your software

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
