Problems following Update

I have multiple problems since updating my phone ysterday through the Sony Ericcsson PC Companion

Everything was OK till midday today when all my contacts disappeared and the syncing stopped

Now if I try to read email, import contacts or make a call from the call list I get multiple error messages including:

The application Contacts (process com.sonyericsson.android socialphonebook has stopped unexpectedly

The application Process com android email has stopped ........

The application process com .sonyericsson.eventsstream extensions has stopped ........

This seems like a really bad update and it has crippled my phone

It updated correctly and finshed normally with a re-boot so I have no idea what is going on

Anyone form SE like to explain waht's going on ????!!!

i suggest you to reflash your firmware,

Update/Repair your phone via SEUS or PCC

SEUS ( Sony Ericsson Update Service) ... download it and install it on your pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://dl-www.sonyericsson.com/cws/download/1/110/61/1323075336/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.. Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
