      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;can any1 help please, oneday i was listening music with the XLOUD thing opened and all the sudden there was no sound even when i turn the volume to the highest. i can only hear a faint noise by putting my ear next to the speaker. sometimes i knock hard on the phone and the speaker went back and normal sound and after a while the sound died again. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
