hard reset

Hi,

I did a Hard reset for the ray

it kept going for more than an hour, Whatever i do if i shut it down , take battery off all i see is sonyericsson fading in and out

I tried PC repair but it doesn't connect

Help please it's only 3 days old !

try SEUS if it doesn't work you should return it

btw does the LED turn on when you connect it to your computer?

after the fix and restart

I've selected my langauge as english but the default is german.

Now i see everything in english as it should since it's the selected langauge. But for alerts, error's and such i get them in default german langauge.

I've tried Dutch it gave the same resault everything is in text but alerts in german (or default language)

how can i fix this please?

go to settings -> language & keyboard -> english

change the language to American English turn off your phone turn it back on and change it to British English and see if that does it,

Ok that helped to put everything correctly in English

But everytime i restart my phone it asks me to select the langauge again.

Is this normal?

that's not normal, and why do you restart the phone? do you turn it off at night? you don't have to, just press and hold the power button and select airplane mode instead of shutting down the phone, the issue might be the SIM card, its probably too old
