M4 charging slowly

Hello everyone,

I am prashast from India and i recently bought my new xperia device m4 e2363 from beginning it was charging very slow like 1% increases in 8-9minute.

Well, the charging depends on a lot of factors. Do you charge via USB on the computer or via the wall socket? Are you using the phone while charging?

Are you using the phone while charging? perhaps playing heavy games? or using a computer to charge your phone instead of a wall charger

No I don't use my phone while charging and I charge only through stock sony charger which was provided with my phone and when I connect my phone to pc through usb my pc doesn't recognize it. My charging speed is 7-9 minutes 1%.

I charge through wall socket and when I move my phone a little it stops charging.

That's rather odd, you might want to get your phone inspected by your local Xperia Care

I have taken my phone they told that I need to submit my phone and they will repair and change parts if needed. Thanks @uliwooly.

that sounds like it is a problem with the usb cable try any other usb cable lying around

mine is also charging slow but I am using a dollarstore usb cable I suggest buy an sony usb cable it should make charging faster fix connection to pc
