My phone not update over wifi. Here is problem. It could download 100% error in install. There message appears "could not install".

That's rather odd, you might want to use PCC

Access code change? could you poste a screenshot? it could be a network alert.

Sorry the message appears at my phone is not "aceess code change". That is "restricted access changed" what is does it means?

Do you have an antivirus app? that could be the issue.

Again that's probably your SIM card or something else, it will be helpful if you take a screenshot and post it here, but you could just repair your phone with PCC and check again

There's some software update 18.3.1.B0.18
It downloads completely to 100% and when I tap to install, it says couldn't install..
Tried downloading and installation for 3-4 times and it downloads but couldn't install
