      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1207435"&gt;@Ayse1&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about this. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's very hard to say what the cause can be before we do some troubleshooting.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To start with, make sure that you have not enabled the developer options in the device and turned something on in here (Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Developer options).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also restart your device in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008" target="_self"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;, so we can see if any of your downloaded applications are the cause of this behaviour.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
