Sim Device Locked/Blocked Counter

Hi Sony,

Pls help. I bought a new Sim for my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua but unfortunately, it is Sim Locked. I've checked the counter and it is blocked.

Network 0

Network subset 0

Service Provider 0

Corporate 0

Sim 0

What will I do to unlock it?

Hi @ChrisjohnNased, welcome to our forum!

To have this counter reset, the device will need to be sent to an authorized service centre, so I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and they can either assist you with creating a service order, or provide you with information of the closest authorized service centre where you live.
