Hi @Computerci, sorry to hear about this.

Do I understand correctly that the settings application crashes as soon as you try changing the screen lock in your device? If that is the case, please follow the recommendation given by @uliwooly and if you still aren't able to change the screen lock, go to Settings > Apps > 3 dots in the top right corner > Show system > scroll down and find "Settings" > Storage > Clear data > OK.
