Hi @Jack07, sorry to hear that your device is a need of a repair.

As @uliwooly wrote, both the service routines and costs may vary between markets and since this is a Global user based forum, the best option is to contact your Local support team and they will assist you with having the device sent in or if there is an authorized service centre in your area.

Do note that may not be possible for them to give you an estimated cost for the repair before the device has been examined at the authorized service centre.
