How do I free up internal storage space?

I cannot load the apps that I want and need onto my phone.

At the moment, 7.38GB of the 8GB internal storage space is used. There are a number of Pre loaded Apps that I do not need or want.

When I disable some apps (for example Amazon). They still hog internal storage space.

Frustratingly, I have 14.83GB of space avaliable on the SD card. However hard I try, I cannot find a way either to delete unwanted apps or transfer them to the SD card.

Please, can anyone help?

Go to settings then storage at the bottom of pages it says transfer to SD select it calulates & ticks items

you select transfer

you can also uninstall updates in apps you don't use and stop auto updates

Ensure you've backed up everything then do a factory reset/reboot. The process cleared up 8.2 GB of my internal storage.
