Device restarting over and over,..

Once i wanted to use my phone it was turned off, i tried to trun it on and then it showed just sony, xperia on the screen an turned off again. I tried to turn it on again, but same situation again.

When i wanna charge device it just show sony,xperia on the screen and then turn off, restarting over and over.

And when I want to connect device on the pc it wont load, just charge it.

Please help !!!!

I am also facing the same issue from last 4 months and change the phone.

Never suggest to anyone for buying sony phone.

Hi.

I have already dealt with the problem of start-switch off -restart loop, without O.S. be loaded, since March 2018.

Probably Sony did't release an his patch for M4 Aqua and we are suffering the problem.

Obsolete product after 2 years?

I tried to repair the phone using Companion app but only once phone loaded the software and S.O. (Android) and wi-fi didn't work and when I switched it off, it didn't re-start again.
The loop of white screen with Android - switch-off continued until battery discharghed.
