M4 Aqua after factory reset

When i decided to restore the factory settings bece i was gona sell the phone i just went to the setting pressed the factory reset on the screeen and it started restoring the data. But after a while i saw that the phone is still at the blue starting screen and it kept going like that a long time.

Then i though ''oh ok it needs more time i guess'' and plug it so it can stay in the charger while restarting ut when i woke up in the morning it was still rstarting so i opened the pc companion tried the software repair but nope it didnt work then i tried holding the volup up + power key till it vibrated 3 times but still nothing.and when i try to power the phone it just keeps with that blue screen on till the batery dies.

and now i am here trying to find an answer

Try pushing and holding both power button and volume down till u feel long vibration or 15 seconds have passed.
