Problem after locking the phone

Hi,

I recently upgraded my Xperia m4 aqua E2303 to android 6.0.1 (build: 26.3.A.1.33). After I did this i now have a problem with the phone. It works fine until I lock it or it locks it self from inactivity. When i then try to unlock it only the 5% at the top of the screen gives of picture and it flickers alot. I can navigate the phone and if i start an app the whole screen will show for a blink of an eye and then back top only the top of the phone. I have tried the following things and they have not worked:

1. Repaired the phone from the PC companion.

2. Done a factory reset from the menu in the phone

3. Booted in safemode but still the same

4. checked that all apps are up to date after factory reset.

5. Turned off hardware overlays

Is there more things I can try or is this phone dead?

It is over 2 years since i got the phone.
