Hi @essem, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this.

Do you experience this behaviour each time you turn the display off by yourself or when the set time is reached so the display is turned off automatically? If you do, is this something that you have started to experience this very recently, for example after updating your device or installing a new application?

I would recommend that you start with restarting your device in safe mode. That way we can see if this is caused by a downloaded application or not!

It does it manually and auto key lock. How do I put it in safe mode?

I've just tried iy in safe mode and it's still doing it.

Hi again! I apologize for the late reply.

Since there was no change in safe mode, I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will delete all data stored on the internal storage and reinstall the latest available software in your device. Since data is being removed, creating a backup using Xperia Companion is advised.

Should you still experience this behaviour after completing the software repair, your device will need to be examined at an authorized service centre and your Local support team will assist you further with this.
