xperia pc companion stuck at initializing

I have a Xperia m2 dual and recently I have faced the boot screen loop problem for that I am trying to repair my software using Xperia companion but after selecting software repair it gets stuck at initializing screen I have been waiting for more than an hour to process get started but this is not working also my internet speed is 1mbps which is stable connection ...pls help
I have searched other threads on Sony forums as well also I have searched for youtube videos but no progress is seen so far

Hi @kakashi201, I'm sorry to hear this and apologies for the late reply.

I recommend that you make sure that your firewall or anti-virus software isn't blocking Xperia Companion from accessing the internet. If you disable your firewall and/or anti-virus I also recommend that you reboot your PC before attempting the software repair again.

I did turned off my firnware and reboot pc but still it gets stuck on the end of the bar (I have waited several hours and its still there)
