If that is correct, try removing your SIM and/or SD card(s) from your phone and see if you are able to get further before the phone is powered off/restarted automatically.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there has been no change, you will need to perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;. Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the phone and since you can't unlock it, you will not be able to create a backup.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Am using the phone on night, software update unfortunately mobile battery dead, morning I charge my mobile automatically switch on and after few seconds automatically switch off.. Only Sony welcome display shows&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
