topic earphone sound in M Series

I'm only getting sound out the right earphone on my headset when I'm using music, youtube etc and I need to adjust it to get sound out the left. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You might want to contact your Local support to get it inspected, you can also test the device in >>> safe mode
