M4 Aqua Headphone Jack Problem

Hello, my headphones are not working (the sound is going out of speakers) when I start the phone without headphones plugged in but when I start the phone with headphones connected they are working but sound when someone is calling me is not working (it is working only with headphones on). Please help! (I tried 3 different headphones)

can you perform xperia diagnostics? settings>about phone

try to boot your device in safe mode, and check if your headphone jack is working,

lastly try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion

if still not working, try to have your device checked at your local service center Local support
