If you have activate My Xperia you can use it to reset your pattern. To do so, log on to the My Xperia website through the following link, &lt;A href="https://myxperia.sonymobile.com/signin" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://myxperia.sonymobile.com/signin&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you haven't activated My Xperia, you can reset your device by performing a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
