Update, so I just got it to finally boot completely, how? BY PUTTING AGAIN IN THE FREEZER.

I tested the Wifi just as you told me to and it passed the test (supposedly). I decided why not test the bluetooth since I was already there?, and boop* phone restarts. So now It's stuck in boot loop AGAIN. I don't know if putting it again in the freezer is good for the hardware in the long run.

Recently I've been having problems with my M4 Aqua. It started with a reboot loop and WiFi malfunctioning. Whenever I turned the WiFi the phone rebooted like crazy, it took it like 5 minutes to finally boot succesfully, and immediately I had to turn the WiFi off to stop this from happening again.

I've spent like a month without WiFi (which I didn't care much for, since I was using mobile data instead). And now I've started to have issues with mobile data, when it's on the phone heats a bit too much in a matter of 5 to 10 minutes, which in turn causes the data itself to stop working.

I think the problem is the heat, because the other day I stucked it in the freezer for a couple of minutes and the phone received a bunch of WhatsApp message notifications, but the connection only lasted 5 minutes or so.

Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately, I can't do what you suggest because last night I turned ultra-stamina mode on. To be honest, I don't recall if the option gives a warning about the need of a restart in order to deactivate the mode, or not. Long story short, the phone is stuck in a boot loop again. 😕

Sounds like the handset has a problem with the Bluetooth/Wifi component, in this case you are best to have the device inspected by a repair agent.

I suggest contacting Customer Care and ask how they can arrange this for you.
