If it happened recently, have you changed your SIM cards or updated your phone just prior this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd recommend that you start with just a normal restart of your phone and see if that solves the troubles with having no network connection. You can also &lt;A href="http://cdn.support.sonymobile.com/common/assets/userguide/E2312/ILL-SONY-14TP-INSERT-SIM-AND-MEM-CARD-DS-low.png" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;remove and insert the the SIM card(s) again in your phone&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you still can't get an active network connection, do you have another SIM card(s) that you can try and mount in your phone? I understand if this is not possibly but you can always ask a friend, colleague&amp;nbsp;or family member if you can borrow theirs for a few minutes!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
