I had the M4 Aqua sent to company to replace broken screen it didn't work on return.

The company now say its because Nand chip is corrupt and phone is trying to continusaly load up/start up but can not. But why was the battery also cutting out 2 hours after start up. Was that due to the excessive power required on start up.

How did Nand chip get corrupt. It worked perfectly before I sent it off.

Welcome to the community!

When your phone was sent for repair was this arranged through your Local support and sent to an authorized centre?

If not I would suggest contacting them and discussing your options. Before doing this though try a software repair using Xperia Companion just to make sure there isn't a software issue with the device causing the problem
