    <description>&lt;P&gt;have you tried to do the back up on the device settings?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it sometimes helps to just select a few apps to backup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Not able to backup M5</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not able to backup my phone since past 14 days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The process gets stuck at 50% for 30 mins even when the time left is less than 1 min&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to backup with Xperia Companion on pc which returns an error as below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="selectable-text ng-binding"&gt;Code error : GetBackupInfoFailed&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="selectable-text ng-binding"&gt;CompanionBR 2563&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="selectable-text ng-binding"&gt;What all I have tried:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="selectable-text ng-binding"&gt;Uninstall Xperia Companion, clean registry and reinstall Xperia Companion&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="selectable-text ng-binding"&gt;I don't want to do a software repair without a back up....Any suggestions ???&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot_20170327-141324.jpg" style="width: 540px;"&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/36257i4149BCFCD6D84BE0/image-size/large?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=999" title="Screenshot_20170327-141324.jpg" alt="Screenshot_20170327-141324.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
