Marshmallow update failed and phone stopped responding

I followed your instructions for updating M4 aqua to 6.0.1 software. While installing an error occured and now I'm stuck with a phone that only gives me SONY loading screen and cannot be turned on or off anymore. I have made a backup but it's useless if I the phone cannot be connected to PC. What should I do?

I am sorry to hear about this issue What process did you follow?

I recommend you run a software repair using Xperia Companion as this can resolve the issue for you usually.

I'll perform the repair and let you now if the problem appears again, just need to charge my phone a bit as it was busy turning on and off again whole night.

hi, i seem to be having the same problem except the repair did not work.
