Phone struck

When i was openning whatsapp while already on chrome, the device got struck. It happened couple of times but not everytime. Nothing worked at that time even the power button. I used a pin to force shutdown by pressing the power off button beside sim card tray. Any comments?

I just had the same issue and this happened before i waited it out cause i dont know what to do either power button didnt work.I m begining to worry should i send it to guarantee or is it something i can handle.

I was using 12-13 gb of available 16 space and using 32 gb sd card also 1-2 gb of it were being used it was getting heat up so easily i now erased all not much neccesary apps including some sony selected ones

I ve changed my charger and instal avg cleaner for xperia and keep deleting app cache thingy it feels better now
