لو سمحتوا معايا تليقون سونى ام ٢ كان معايا من فتره وعايز اعمله سوفت وللاسف مش هقدر اجى لحضرتكوا فقى طريقة اعمله فى البيت

Translation:

Please I have Sony M2 phone from a while and I want to repair its software, but sadly I can't come to a service center. Is there a way to do it at home?

And for your question: yes, you can perform a software repair at home easily. All you need is a USB cable and a PC or Mac with Xperia Companion.

This procedure will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.
