Hello!

So a few months ago, my Xperia M needed a software update. When it was done, my phone just went off. Trying to turn it on (by clicking on 'On' button), it show the image that I uploaded.

I've already try some things, like pressing the "On/Off" button + volume up + volume down to try a hard reset, but it did show any menu, still continue showing this image.

Installed the Xperia Companion, however when trying to do a "System Repair" by clicking the volume down button and connect to the PC via USB cable, nothing happens to my cellphone and also my PC/ program can't read my device.

Any thoughts of what can I do to "save" my Xperia or what this is?

Sorry to hear this has happened to your phone unfortunately with the steps you have tried, from here I would suggest getting in contact with your Local support as your handset would likely need to be sent to a service centre for repair.
