    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1005998"&gt;@Miilu-&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about this. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do I understand you correctly that when you enable speaker phone during a call the counterpart can no longer hear your voice, is that correct?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that is the case, could you try recording a video with your phone and speak during the video and see if you are able to hear your voice when watching the video when you are done with recording it?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also try and reboot your phone in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-2"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and make a call when third party applications aren't loaded so we can make sure that they aren't the cause of this!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1001831"&gt;@ANSHH&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about your phone and I apologize&amp;nbsp;for the late reply.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Which speaker is it that isn't working in your phone?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend that you start with testing both speakers in the inbuilt test in the phone which you can find in Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt; Test &amp;gt; Ear speaker/speaker. If one of them isn't working in here, try rebooting your phone in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and run the test again when third party applications aren't loaded so we can see if one of them is the cause of this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have a big problem and I would love to be able to help. I would not be walking the microphone when I put the loudspeaker in calls and video calls. The other person does not hear me when I put the speaker on the phone. Why could it be? And how can I solve it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
